In SnapShot 70 TCL analyses the development of 4G LTE services since the first launch of services from the end of 2009. There has been rapid growth in network deployments & user growth over the past 6 year period, with 4G LTE user growth being more rapid than for 3rd generation (3G) services – with Ericsson & Ovum forecasting 1 billion LTE subscribers as of the end of 2015 – approximately doubling users since the end of 2014.
